Why Advertise Your Property with Us?
We are able to offer 2 payment options if you wish to advertise your property on the Costa de la Luz Holiday Guide Website. Option 1 is for property owners who prefer to pay a yearly fee. Option 2 is for property owners who do not wish to pay anything until they receive a booking. Please see below:
Option 1) For a 12 month property listing on the website the fee is £99.00. Costing you just over 27p a day or approx £1.90 per week! Plus there is NO VAT to pay and we charge no credit card fees!
Option 2) Your listing will feature on the website for free and you will not be charged any fee until you receive a booking through the Costa de la Luz Holiday Guide.
For all individual bookings taken that cost under £400.00 a 10% booking fee is charged by us to the owner or agent of the property, this is payable by the owner or agent of the property to us. For example the fee for a booking that was £200.00 would be £20.00.
For all individual bookings taken that cost over £400.00 a fixed booking fee of £50.00 is charged by us to the owner or agent of the property, this is payable by the owner or agent of the property to us. For example the fee for a booking that was £1000.00 would be £50.00.
There is NO VAT to pay and payment to us can be made in Sterling or Euros.
If you choose Option 2 we will upload all your property text, photos and update your availability calendar once a month for free. If you need to update your text or photos in the future we will also do this for free.
At anytime you can switch from Option 2 to Option 1.

If you are an agent or have more than 5 properties then please contact us for our discount rates on multiple property adverts. Discount rates only apply to Option 1.

The Costa de la Luz Holiday Guide was born out of the frustrations with other rental holiday home websites not featuring local tourist information and photos of individual areas. We believe this does not give a true picture of what the area has to offer to your potential customers, not just in the summer months, but also as an all year round destination, therefore not maximising your rental income.
Our research showed that owners of properties and business wanted a website that gave a more detailed and informative view of the area. Another factor was property owners in the area felt that their villas/apartments were being lost on other websites that featured the whole world. Owners wanted a website with a more regional and personal feel to it as they felt the customer experience had become devalued due to thousands of property listings on these sites.
The Costa de la Luz Holiday Guide also has a unique business directory, which allows your clients to create the perfect holiday before and during their visit. Its categories include Car Hire, Language Schools, Nightclubs, Restaurants and a comprehensive Sports section where you will find activities ranging from surfing lessons, whale watching, golf, horse riding and much more.

Up to 10 photos
Availability calendar
A full-page listing describing your property including its facilities and prices
A guest’s comments section that you control
All enquires regarding your property’s availability is via email
Where possible your property listing will include the location of your property on Google Maps and a flight search function, which will allow your customers to check or book flights through Sky Scanner

Add your property to this website by just clicking on the REGISTER NOW button above, then follow the easy instructions and complete the online form.
Your property listing will be added to the website usually within 24 hours, if there are any problems we will contact you.
Updates to listings will not appear immediately, they can take between 12 to 24 hours to appear on the site.
